All services are delivered remotely or from our offices in Ontario, Canada.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and complying with all applicable local laws. Unauthorized use of services, including attempts to breach system security, is strictly prohibited.
4. Payment and Billing
Service pricing is agreed upon prior to commencement. Invoices must be paid within 14 days unless otherwise stated. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and designs developed by Bridge North Inc. remain the intellectual property of the company unless explicitly transferred in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if the client violates any term of this agreement.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
